Greenhill Asia regulation.

This is the most important point that a broker must have, a regulated license. A broker regardless of the country where he offers trading must have a regulated license. In Europe each country has its own regulations, the same for Australia (ASIC) and the United States (CFTC or SEC). Greenhill Asia does not have any regulated licenses while offering trading to Europe,USA or Australia. This is a strong indicator that it is a scam.

It is also a strong signal that it is a fraud. All fraudulent sites create sites that are generally 1 to 2 years old and disappear to recreate another domain name. 1. I was a client/victim of Greenhill Asia (GHA) between 2020 and 2022. Ostensibly in 2020 they were doing intra-day trading on my behalf and they appeared to be doing very well at it. Their figures co-related accurately with the actual day price range. Then the trading stopped lat in 2020 and the theoretical profits were reinvested in ABNB shares. which were theoretically sold late in 2021. About then I complained to the SFA in Hong Kong and that led to the warning about GHA on the SFA webpage. I had some friends in Grant Thornton who did some exploratory investigations for me. They told me that GHA was an investment platform run by professional criminals most likely based in Indonesia/Malaysia also that it was extremely unlikely I would see any of my money (abt US$500,000) again. I have since moved on but noticed the GHA web page has just now been taken down along with the email domain so I think that they have gone to ground for now.

Have you had any success in actually getting money back for former GHA clients. If so please provide verifiable details. I do not intend pouring good money after bad but if you were prepared to work on a contingency basis, I am sure we could come to an agreement as to what share of any recovery I would be comfortable with you retaining.

I also wish to know where you are based and what, if any, regulations you are subject to
