Bitengecko is a dangerous broker.

Bitengecko isn’t what you think. We are going to detail what makes this broker a scam. All of our reviews are based on research carried out by professionals.

Bitengecko

Bitengecko regulation.

This is the most important point that a broker must have, a regulated license. A broker regardless of the country where he offers trading must have a regulated license. In Europe each country has its own regulations, the same for Australia (ASIC) and the United States (CFTC or SEC). Bitengecko does not have any regulated licenses while offering trading to Europe,USA or Australia. This is a strong indicator that it is a scam.

Bitengecko domain name verification.

It is also a strong signal that it is a fraud. Bitengecko has his domain name which is less than 5 years old. What concerns us is that it is a domain name that has just been created while Bitengecko claims to be a leader in the financial market. This is a first signal that directs us to a scam.

Public warning against Bitengecko.

The most important thing for a financial company is to have one or more licenses regulated according to the countries to which it offers its services. Unfortunately for Bitengecko, He does not have regulated licenses and therefore does not have the right to charge you money for a financial service. The FSMA (Belgium) has issued a public warning against Bitengecko. He is on a European blacklist which confirms to us that it is a scam.

  1. Good afternoon,
I am writing you about a company called BITENGECKO. Although it was a brief period of time They had run an ad on face book getting people to invest in bitcoin. The webpage would include people who had invested and made money on the bitcoin.
I made some kind of comment for being interested. I rec’d a call from Bitengecko and whoever was on the phone talks in a flattering professional voice, they want to access your computer through a program called ANYDESK.
They deal with “Shakepay” to debit your account with online purchase bitcoin.
They also include” Bit the Bank” for your “wallet” also affiliated with a company called RBC Market. At first when I heard RBC Market I thought it was Royal Bank connection. When I did some research on Bitengecko, there was mixed reviews, both good and bad. Comments about Kevin Fox being so wonderful blah blah blah. I started to get more doubts when I saw was seemed to be a fake page with RBC Markets. The letters were Rbc, no logo, and the email I got from them was not professional, no company letterhead.
The phone calls were from numbers like 442039877679, 442038859071, 442038859109, 46812420968, 442038859110. Rbc markets called from what looked like from eastern Canada and the person I spoke with had a French accent. She wanted photo copy of government issued ID. The phone calls continued but I never answered the phone. I did send a copy of my driver’s license but when the lady called I didn’t oblige her, and that’s when I stopped answering the phone from any number I felt connected to Bitengecko.
I have rec’d emails from the above mentioned companies, most recently was from Shakepay.
In the very beginning of this situation, I told Kevin Fox that I had second thoughts with this “investment” and wanted my money back. I also had emailed him at Bitengecko asking to close any accounts and return my investments to which have gone unanswered.
