Any1Pro review

Any1Pro is an offshore broker. Your money is not safe with this broker, we will show you why you should not invest your money.

Disadvantages of Any1Pro:

Any1Pro offers trading without regulated licenses.

This is the most important point that a broker must have, a regulated license. A broker regardless of the country where he offers trading must have a regulated license. In Europe each country has its own regulations, the same for Australia (ASIC) and the United States (CFTC). Any1Pro does not have any regulated licenses while offering trading to Europe,USA and Australia. This is a strong indicator that it is a scam.

Based in a country where regulations are flexible.

Unregulated brokers are often based in countries where they will not have any problems with the law. 80% are from St.Vincent and the Grenadines or from the Marshall Islands. he is based in Roseau Commonwealth of Dominica which is a country with very little financial regulation.

Any1Pro is blacklisted by financial regulator.

Any1Pro has received a public warning from the FCA which is the financial regulation of United Kingdom. That is to say that he offers trading to country clients when he is not authorized to do so. This is the greatest proof that a broker is a scam that you should absolutely avoid.

  1. Any1Pro is registered in the Dominican Republic under the name of Uniqua Ltd this is a front.
Any1 Pro operates from Bulgaria in Sofia. The money is moved around through two companies registered in Bulgaria. All the company information is freely available from the Bulgarian Commercial register and register of Non profit legal entities which is a portal for electronic administrative services.

Any1Pro or Any1Profit is run from Sofia in Bulgaria, where there is little or no control of company law. The money chain is run by a woman called Rosita Vekova Sokolova and her company called Server BIT EOOD, company number 205443336, which is the payment processor for Any11Pro . This company has an associate company called EVS Company EOOD ( EOOD is the same as Ltd in English ) company number 204344118 that acts as the accounting office (this has a Facebook account).
    .
It appears the money is moved around by these two companies.the second company is run by 50 year old Silvia Slavcheve Melezimova and her family with two dresses in Sofia she also owns a company registered in the UK called Teliqomm Ltd. she also has a Facebook account. Sokolova is also registered was a director of Teliqomm Ltd, as of 13 May 2020, so these two are obviously very close.

From her profile it is obvious that she does a lot of world wide travel yet the company address shows a run down house in a poor area of the city. Her home address is in a nice pink building where she lives in a palatial top floor apartment with a covered roof garden.
The company has two other members Victoria Kirilova (30) and Emil Vasilev (23)they all have Facebook accounts which you can easily find. Melezimova also owns a company called Pangolin registered in may 2020.

The trading platform for Any1pro is provided by an Israeli company called Panda Trading Applications Ltd company number 514025873 with and address in Haifa. It is not known if this company is affiliated to the others in Sofia, or not, as their software is freely available to purchase for companies and individuals.

It would be silly to assume that one or more of these company’s does not have an address for the operating office of Any1Pro.

Server BIT EOOD is registered as a non profit organisation in Bulgaria but its account shows it had an annual revenue of $145,152 the other company showed an annual revenue of $26,022 which you can see from their Facebook accounts they seem to have spent on all the places they have visited over the last few years. Melezimova’s email address is on Commercial register.

Sokolova’s address shows her house is in a run down part of Sofia opposite a football field.
This is also the address for the company. I have passed this info on to the FCA and the Police in Bulgaria but I am not holding my breath the Bulgarian authorities are going to bother to do anything about it. The FCA has an address at 66, Vitosha bulvd., Sofia. This is a block of apartments on the corner of the street quite near the NDK Park and Garden complex ,which hosts big named bands and entertainers in the centre of town. Telephone numbers are 0035924374159
Mobile number: 2037691269 and a fax number of 0046812410145 all of which were operational as of 7 June 2021. I am sure between us all we can track these people down.
